Terms that keep the graveyard usable
RIPStuff is a community marketplace. Be normal, be honest, and do not turn it into a scam pit.
Using the platform
By using RIPStuff, you agree to use the site lawfully and honestly. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post, the offers you make, and the way you interact with other users.
Listings and offers
Sellers are responsible for describing items accurately, including their condition, price, and story. Buyers are responsible for reading listings carefully before making an offer. RIPStuff may provide the tools for posting and negotiating, but users are responsible for their own transactions and final arrangements.
Things you cannot do
Do not post illegal items, stolen items, counterfeit goods, dangerous goods, or anything that violates applicable law. Do not impersonate other people, manipulate offers, spam users, or misuse the platform.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the content you upload, but you give RIPStuff a limited right to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform.
Account actions
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access if we believe there is abuse, fraud, harassment, or clear misuse of the platform.
No guarantee of transaction outcome
RIPStuff does not guarantee that any listing will sell, that any offer will be accepted, or that users will complete a deal. Use reasonable care and good judgment when dealing with other users.
